Two surfers were fed up of losing their watches from the straps breaking when surfing. So they came up with a solution of webbing and a velcros strap.
As a result Animal was born in 1987 making sports watches for extreme sports.
Animal is now a design sports led clothing brand with riders in surfing, snowboarding, skateboarding, windsurfing, mountain biking and kitesurfing. All the products are extensively tested by the Animal team.
Animal is now one of the top action sports brands in the UK selling clothing, watches, eyewear, footwear, luggage and accessories.
