Okay, it seems like we’ve been waiting for centuries for Axl Rose to finally finish Chinese Democracy, and there has been a revolving lineup of band members, but back in the day Guns n Roses were one of the most awesome bands in the world.
The band formed in 1985 and although there have been several members, the key players include Izzy Stradlin, Slash (who is seen as one of the best and most iconic guitarists in the world) and Buckethead (who played with a KFC bucket on his head)
Their debut album was Appetite for Destruction which was released in 1987. This album included Welcome to the Jungle and Sweet Child O’Mine. Second album GN’R lies was released in 1988. Two albums Use Your Illusion I and Use Your Illusion II were released in 1991 and debuted at number two and number one respectively on the American Billboard chart.
In 1993 the band released “The Spaghetti Incident?” which was a collection of cover verisions. It controversially featured a cover of a Charles Manson song.
Axl Rose and the new lineup of Guns n Roses are currently working on latest album Chinese Democracy. The release date for this album is currently unknown, although it has been speculated that it will be released in 2008.
Guns n Roses have released five albums: Appetite for Destruction (1987), GN’R Lies (1988), Use Your Illusion I and Use Your Illusion II (1991) and “The Spaghetti Incident?” (1993) (Buy cd’s)

As you already know, Other Clothing love telling you about the trendiest clothes and bands, and Black Kids are one of the new darlings of the alternative scene!
The band formed in 2006 and is made up of brother and sister Ali and Reggie Youngblood (keyboards and guitar respectively), as well as Owen Holmes (bass), Kevin Snow (drums) and Dawn Watley (keyboards).
The band have just released their debut album Partie Traumatic, an album which was produced by former member of Suede, Bernard Butler. Debut single I’m not gonna teach your boyfriend how to dance with you went to number eleven in the singles chart.

The Fratellis are a Scottish trio who have just released their second album. The band formed in 2005 and consist of Jon Fratelli (vocals, guitar), Barry Fratelli (bass) and Mince Fratelli (drums)
They released their debut album Costello music in 2006, which included singles Whistle for the Choir, Chelsea Dagger and Baby Fratelli (which featured on the Hot Fuzz soundtrack). The band won a Brit award for Best British Breakthrough Act in 2007.
The band released their second album, Here we Stand in June 2008. The debut single from this album was Mistress Mabel.
The Fratellis have released two albums - Costello Music (2006) and Here we Stand (2008).

30 Seconds are a Californian rock band whos lead singer is My So Called Life Star Jared Leto. Their street team is known as The Echelon.
The band formed in 1998 and released their first self-titled album in 2002. Second album A Beautiful Lie was released in 2005 which included single From Yesterday (which had the honour of being the first American video promo to be shot entirely in China.)
The band are working on their third album this year.
The band have released two albums: 30 Seconds to Mars (2002) and A Beautiful Lie (2005)

The Offspring are the great-grandaddies of the skater punk scene. The band were originally called Manic Subsidal and formed in 1984 in California and currently consists of Dexter Holland (vocals, guitar), Noodles (lead guitar), Greg Kriesel (bass) and most recent addition to the band Pete Parada (drums).
The band’s first self-titled album was released on vinyl in 1989 (the cd version was not released until six years later). Ignition was released in 1992 and Smash was released in 1994 - an album which included hits such as Self-Esteem and Gotta Get Away.
Ixnay on the Hombre was released in 1996 and Americana was released in 1998. This album included Pretty Fly for a White Guy and Why Don’t you Get a Job, and catapulted the band into the mainstream.
Conspiracy of One was released in 2000, and Splinter was released in 2003 (the band originally wanted to call it Chinese Democracy in reference to the long-delayed Guns ‘n’ Roses album but were not allowed).
Eighth album Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace was released in June of this year and is being accompanied by a tour.

When you normally think of Seattle, you usually think of the grunge capital of the world - home to such legends as Nirvana and Pearl Jam. However, Seattle is also home to rock band Aiden.
The band formed in 2003 and currently consists of wiL Francis (vocals), Angel Ibarra (guitar), Nick Wiggins (bass) and Jake Davison (drums).
Their first album Our Gang’s Dark Oath was released in 2004, whilst second album Dark Anatomy was released in 2005.
After a heavy year of touring with bands such as Lostprophets, 30 Seconds to Mars and The Used, the band released third album Conviction in 2007.
