I Was A Cub Scout is a British band who specialise in music which lies halfway between indie and dance.

 Pink Squares is a release of a song from 2006 to promote their debut album I Want You To Know That There Is Always Hope, which has just been released.

Pink Squares is a nice big slice of trippy guitar music which you can easily chill out to. The vocals however ruin it a little bit - they’re a bit whiney, a bit nasally and stop the song being the ethereal tune that it could have been.
